B 3828 L.N. 457 of 2021 ANIMAL WELFARE ACT (CAP. 439) Laying Hens (Protection) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 7(2) of the Animal Welfare Act, the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Animal Rights has made the following regulations: Citation. S.L. 439. 07. 1. The title of these regulations is the Laying Hens (Protection) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Laying Hens (Protection) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". Deletes regulation 11 of the principal regulations. 2. Regulation 11 of the principal regulations shall be deleted. Deletes Schedule II to the principal regulations. 3. Schedule II to the principal regulations shall be deleted.
