It-titolu ta’ dawn ir-regolamenti hu Regolamenti tal 2010 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar il-Protezzjoni tal-Flora, Fawna u Ambjenti Naturali (Emenda Nru. 2), u għandhom jinqraw u jinftehmu ħaġa waħda mar-Regolamenti tal-2006 dwar il Protezzjoni tal-Flora, Fawna u Ambjenti Naturali, hawn aktar ’il quddiem imsejħa “ir-regolamenti prinċipali”. 2. Minnufih wara s-subregolament (3) tar-regolament 12 tar regolamenti prinċipali, għandu jidħol is-subregolament ġdid li ġej: “(4) L-Awtorità Kompetenti jew persuni li jmexxu siti kif awtorizzati mill-Awtorità Kompetenti u, jew li jkollhom ftehim ta’ tmexxija skond ir-regolamenti 15 u 16 ta’ dawn ir regolamenti, għandhom ukoll iwaħħlu tabella informattiva f ’kull sit dikjarat bħala SAC jew SPA sabiex jipprovdu informazzjoni ġenerali fuq is-sit. The title of these regulations is the Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2010 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection Regulations, 2006, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. 2. Immediately after sub-regulation (3) of regulation 12 of the principal regulations, there shall be added the following new sub-regulation: “(4) The Competent Authority or site managers as authorised by the Competent Authority and, or holding a management agreement in line with regulations 15 and 16 of these regulations, shall also affix an information panel at any site declared as a SAC or SPA to provide general information on the site.
