VERZJONI ELETTRONIKA L.N. 24 of 2018 FISHERIES CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT ACT (CAP. 425) Fishing Vessels (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 38 of the Fisheries Conservation and Management Act, the Minister for the Environment, Sustainable Development, and Climate Change, in conjunction with the Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights, has made the following regulations: 1. The title of these regulations is the Fishing Vessels (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Fishing Vessels Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". 2. Regulation 8 of the principal regulations shall be substituted as follows: "Fishing Vesselt Register. Cap. 234. 8.
