B 6044 VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA L.N. 513 of 2010 ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (CAP. 504) Environment Protection Act (Repeal) Notice, 2010 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 97 of the Environment and Development Planning Act, 2010, the Prime Minister has established the following dates for the repeal of the provisions of the Environment Protection Act, Cap. 435: (a) the 30th November, 2010 as the date when the provisions of articles 3 to 7, 9 to 17, 18 to 23, 24, 25, 27 and 28 to the Act shall be repealed; (b) the 31st December, 2010 as the date when the provisions of article 26 to the Act shall be repealed; and (c) such further date as may be established with regard to the repeal of the remaining provisions of the said Act.
