The title of these regulations is the Environment and Planning Appeals Procedure Regulations, 2016. Interpretation. 2. (1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: Cap. 551. "the Act" means the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal Act; "Tribunal" means the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal. (2) In these regulations any expression defined by the Act shall have the same meaning as it has in the Act. Suspension of time-frames. 3. The time-frames established in the Act shall be suspended during such period as specified in regulations 4 and 5. Dates when Registry is closed. 4. The Registry of the Tribunal shall be closed between the 23rd December of any year and the 1st January of the following year, both days included. Inactive periods. 5. The following periods shall be construed as inactive periods: (a) one week prior to Easter Sunday; and (b) between the 10th and the 20th of August of any year. VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA
