(1) It-titolu ta’ dawn ir-regolamenti hu Regolamenti ta’ l-2010 li jemendaw it-Tieni Skeda li tinsab mal-Att dwar l-Eko Kontribuzzjoni, u għandhom jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mat Tieni Skeda li tinsab mal-Att dwar l-Eko-Kontribuzzjoni, hawn iżjed ’il quddiem f’dawn ir-regolamenti msejħa “it-Tieni Skeda”. (2) Dawn ir-regolamenti għandhom jitqiesu li bdew iseħħu fil-31 ta’ Marzu, 2010. 2. Fin-nota f’tarf it-Tieni Skeda, minflok il-kliem “mill-1 ta’ April, 2010” għandhom jidħlu l-kliem “minn dik id-data li tista’ tiġi stabbilita mill-Ministru” . (1) T he title of these regulations is the E co-C ontribution A ct (A m endm ent of Second Schedule) R egulations, 2010, and they shall be read and construed as one w ith the Second Schedule of the E co-C ontribution A ct, hereinafter in these regulations referred to as “the Second Schedule”. (2) T hese regulations shall be deem ed to have com e into force on the 31st M arch, 2010. 2. In the footnote to the Second Schedule, for the w ords “1st A pril, 2010” there shall be substituted the w ords “such date as m ay be established by the M inister”.
