It-titolu ta’ dawn ir-regolamenti hu Regolamenti ta’ l-2009 li jemendaw l-Ewwel Skeda li tinsab ma’ l-Att dwar l-Eko Kontribuzzjoni (Emenda Nru. 2), u dawn għandhom jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda ma’ l-Ewwel Skeda li tinsab ma’ l-Att dwar l-Eko-Kontribuzzjoni, hawn iżjed ’il quddiem imsejjħa “l-Iskeda”. 2. B 1421VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA L.N. 109 of 2009 ECO-CONTRIBUTION ACT (CAP. 473) Eco-Contribution Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations, 2009 IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 (c) of the Eco-Contribution Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs in concurrence with the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations: 1. The title of these regulations is the Eco-Contribution Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No 2) Regulations, 2009, and they shall be read and construed as one with the First Schedule to the Eco-Contribution Act, hereinafter in these regulations referred to as “the Schedule”. 2. In the Schedule, for the words: Title. Amends the Schedule.
