B 4093 VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA B 4093 L.N. 337 of 2013 PRODUCT SAFETY ACT (CAP. 427) Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product Safety Act, the Minister for Social Dialogue, Consumer Affairs and Civil Liberties, on the advice of the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority, has made the following regulations: Citation. S.L. 427.28 1. The title of these regulations is the Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Dangerous Substances and Preparations Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". Scope.2. These regulations implement the provisions of Council Directive 2013/21/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting Council Directive 67/548/EEC and Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in the field of environment, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia. Amends the Sixth Schedule to the principal regulations. 3.
