It-titolu ta’ dawn ir-regoli huwa Regoli tal-2010 li jemendaw ir-Regoli dwar Miżuri għall-Kontroll ta’ ċertu Mard tal-Annimali u Miżuri Speċifiċi Relatati mal-Mard Vesikulari tal Majjal u għandhom jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mar-Regoli tal-2008 dwar Miżuri għall-Kontroll ta’ ċertu Mard tal-Annimali u Miżuri Speċifiċi Relatati mal-Mard Vesikulari tal-Majjal, hawn aktar ’il quddiem msejħin “ir-regoli prinċipali”. 2. Ir-regola 17 tar-regoli prinċipali għandha tiġi emendata kif ġej: (a) minflok paragrafu (b) tas-subregola (1) tiegħu għandu jidħol dan li ġej: “(b) laboratorju nazzjonali responsabbli għall koordinazzjoni tal-istandards u għall-metodi ta’ dijanożi f ’Malta skond l-Iskeda III li tinsab ma’ dawn ir-regoli. L-Awtorita` kompetenti għandha tara li d-dettalji ta’ dak il laboratorju, u kull bidla sussegwenti fihom, ikunu disponibbli għall-Istati Membri l-oħra u għall-pubbliku b’mod li jista’ jkun speċifikat skond il-proċedura msemmija fir-regola 22 ta’ dawn ir-regoli.”; u (b) minflok is-subregola (5) tiegħu għandu jidħol dan li ġej: Titolu. B 2669VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA L.N. 267 of 2010 MALTA VETERINARY SERVICES ACT (CAP. 437) Control of Certain Animal Diseases (and Specifically the Swine Vesicular Disease) (Amendment) Rules, 2010 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Veterinary Services Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs has made the following rules: 1. The title of these rules is the Control of Certain Animal Diseases (and specifically the Swine Vesicular Disease) (Amendment) Rules, 2010 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Control of Certain Animal Diseases (and specifically the Swine Vesicular Disease) Rules, 2008 hereinafter referred to as “the principal rules”. 2. Rule 17 of the principal rules shall be amended as follows: (a) for paragraph (b) of sub-rule (1) thereof there shall be substituted the following: “(b) a national laboratory responsible for coordinating standards and diagnostic methods in Malta in accordance with Schedule III to these rules. The competent Authority shall make the details of its national laboratory, and any subsequent changes thereto, available to the other Member States and to the public in a manner that may be specified in accordance with the procedure referred to in rule 22 of these rules.”; and (b) for sub-rule (5) thereof there shall be substituted the following: Title.
