VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA B 638 L.N. 75 of 2021 PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (CAP. 465) Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Regulations, 2021 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the following regulations: Title. 1. The title of these regulations is the Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Regulations, 2021. Closure of food 2. (1) All bars and clubs shall not open for business and and drink outlets. shall remain closed. (2) Restaurants, snack bars and kiosks shall remain closed except to provide delivery and take-away services to the community. Restaurants situated in hotels or in other licensed accommodations may remain open only to provide services to their guests. Fines and 3.
