VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA B 692 B 692 L.N. 92 of 2021 PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (CAP. 465) Closure of Food and Drink Outlets (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the following regulations: Title. 1. The title of these regulations is the Closure of Food and Drink Outlets (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021 and these L.N. 75 of 2021. regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Regulations hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations". Amends 2.
