Elizabeth Carrier Governor DATE: 30.05.16 M O N T S E R R A T No. 6 of 2016 AN ACT TO AMEND THE PHYSICAL PLANNING ACT (CAP. 8.03). BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Montserrat, and by the Authority of the same as follows:— 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Physical Planning (Amendment) Act 2016. 2. Section 3 amended Section 3(1)(f) of the Physical Planning Act (Cap. 8.03) is deleted and substituted by the following: Montserrat Physical Planning (Amendment) Act, 2016 No. 6 of 2016 3 “(f) the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Premier or his representative;”.
