30th of November, 2001 Ulaanbaatar Law of Mongolia On Amendment and Alteration to the Law on Energy Article.1. To remove the phrases from the following articles of the Law on Energy: - "regulations on issuing licenses," from the Article 6.1.5; - "to give permission on licenses for importation and exportation of fuel for the purpose of generating energy for public use in cities, towns and other establishments." From Article 6.1.7; Article.2. To consider the article 9.1.1 of the Law on Energy ineffective. Article.3. To comply this Law since the Law on Licenses of Business operations takes in effect.
