14. Na osnovu člana 21 Zakona o zaključivanju i izvršavanju međunarodnih ugovora („Službeni list Crne Gore“, broj 77/2008), Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova i evropskih integracija Crne Gore O B J A V LJ U J E da je Memorandum o razumijevanju između Vlade Crne Gore i Vlade Rumunije o saradnji u oblasti životne sredine i održivog razvoja, koji je potpisan u Bukureštu 8. februara 2013. godine, objavljen u „Službenom listu Crne Gore – Međunarodni ugovori“, broj 5/2013 od 30. aprila 2013. godine, stupio na snagu 11. jula 2013. godine. Broj: 013-27/6 Podgorica, 17. februar 2014. godine Ministar vanjskih poslova i evropskih integracija Dr Igor Lukšić, s.r.
