808. Na osnovu člana 7 Zakona o lukama ("Službeni list CG", broj 51/08), Vlada Crne Gore, na sjednici od 21. juna 2012. godine, donijela je ODLUKU O IZMJENI ODLUKE O ODREĐIVANJU LUKA PREMA ZNAČAJU Član 1 U Odluci o odreĎivanju luka prema značaju ("Službeni list CG", broj 20/11), član 3 mijenja se i glasi: "Luke od lokalnog značaja su: Luka Budva, Luka Tivat - Porto Montenegro, Luka Tivat - Kalimanj, Nautičko turistički centar - Kotor, Luka Risan, Luka Zelenika i Luka Herceg Novi - gradska luka Škver." Član 2 Ova odluka stupa na snagu osmog dana od dana objavljivanja u "Službenom listu Crne Gore". Broj: 06-1351/3 Podgorica, 21. juna 2012. godine Vlada Crne Gore Predsjednik, dr Igor Lukšić, s.r.
