8. Na osnovu člana 95 tačka 3 Ustava Crne Gore donosim U K A Z O PROGLAŠENJU ZAKONA O POTVRĐIVANJU ROTERDAMSKE KONVENCIJE O POSTUPKU DAVANJA SAGLASNOSTI NA OSNOVU PRETHODNOG OBAVJEŠTENJA ZA ODREĐENE OPASNE HEMIKALIJE I PESTICIDE U MEĐUNARODNOJ TRGOVINI Proglašavam Zakon o potvrđivanju Roterdamske konvencije o postupku davanja saglasnosti na osnovu prethodnog obavještenja za određene opasne hemikalije i pesticide u međunarodnoj trgovini, koji je donijela Skupština Crne Gore 24. saziva, na prvoj sjednici prvog redovnog (proljećnjeg) zasijedanja u 2011. godini, dana 8. marta 2011. godine.
