These Regu'hwions may be cited as the Land (Amendment) Re gulatlons 199'3 and shall come into operation 'on the date of publication in the Gazette. "Duties of the Chairman .2 Part I of the principal Itegulatlons? is amended ~n Regulation 3 by deleting the words "his Land Committee" wherever they appear in pa ragraphs (a), (b ), (d), (f), (g),and (h) ,and substituting the words "the 'Allocating Aurthority", Meetings of a Land Committee3 3. Part I of the prmcipal Regulations lis amended dn Regulation 4.
