No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982. No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009. The Order By virtue of powers vested in me by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, ',Altura Pdyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment, do, by this order declare the Kalukanda Forest of 940.7794 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the Schedule hereto as Kalukanda Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
