The Order By virtue of powers vested in me by Section 3 “A” of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment, do, by this order declare the Huruluoya Reserved Forest of 18,268.5554 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the Schedule hereto as Huruluoya Conservation Forest from 16th day of August 2012. SCHEDULE The Forest area comprising Morahinna Mukalana, Kubuk Mukalana, Karuwalagas Mukalana, Moragas Mukalana, Hurulu Mukalana, Kahatagashinna Mukalana, Habarana Kele, Nikawewa Mukalana, Welangaha Mukalana, Aluthoya Mukalana, Moragahakanda Mukalana called known as Lot Number 271 of FGP 10 in Aluthoya, Morakanda, Mahamorakanda, Moragahakanda, Hatareskotuwa, Talbedda and Ratmale villages of Higurakgoda Divisional Secretary’s Division in Polonnaruwa District, North - Central Province, containing in extent 18,268.5554 Hectares and bounded as follows : By North : District boundary of Anuradhapura of FGP 10 ; By East : Lot Numbers 270, 275, 141, 142, 230, 272, 273 1/2, 273 2/2, 106, 120 1/2, 118, 274 of FGP 10 and a part of Thimbirigaswewa village of FVP 883 ; By South : Lot Numbers 275, 273 2/2, 106, 120 1/2, 118, 274 of FGP 10, District boundary of Anuradhapura of FVP 883 ; By West : District boundary of Anuradhapura of FGP 10 ; Extent : 18,268.5554 Hectares.
