(I) - GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY OF THE DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF SRI LANKA - 07.01.2013 5A FOREST CONSERVATION ORDINANCE THE Order under section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451), as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009. The Order By virtue of powers vested in me by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment do by this order declare the Alagalla Forest of 142.192 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the schedule hereto as Alagalla Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012. ANURA PRIYADARSHANA YAPA, Minister of Environment. Ministry of Environment, Battaramulla, 18th day of December, 2012. SCHEDULE The total land area of 142.192 Hec. Within following boundaries and located in the Rambukkana Divisional Secretary’s Division in Kegalle Administrative District, Sabaragamuwa Province. By North : From the point of Northern coordinate 234467 and Eastern coordinate 164811 and to the Kegalle Kandy District Boundary ; By East : From the Kegalle - Kandy District Boundary up to Northern coordinate 232229 and Eastern coordinate 166947 ; By South : From the last point of Eastern Boundary along Northern coordinate 232455 and Eastern coordinate 166288 and Northern coordinate 232543 and Eastern coordinate 165831 ; By West : From the last point of Southern Boundary along Northern coordinate 233106 and Eastern coordinate 165100, Northern coordinate 233551 and Eastern coordinate 164741, Northern coordinate 233702 and Eastern coordinate 164825, Northern coordinate 233842 and Eastern coordinate 164674, Northern coordinate 233998 and Eastern coordinate 164434 to wards Northern starting Point.
