I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Minister-in-charge of the subject of Defence and Urban Development, being of opinion that the land specified in the schedule hereto is urgently required for the purpose of carrying out an Urban Development Project do by this order, declare that the said land is required for such purpose. MAHINDA RAJAPAKSA, President. Colombo, 07th February 2014. SCHEDULE The land depicted as Lot No. "A" in Classification Tracing No. Co/DSO/2013/951 dated 04.11.2013 prepared by Superintendent of Surveys (Colombo District) containing an extent of 1.4774 Hectares situated in the Ward No. 34, Narahenpita within the Municipal Council limits of Colombo in the Divisional Secretary's Division of Thimbirigasyaya in the District of Colombo, Western Province Assment. No. extent and boundaries of the said allotment of land is as follows : Lot No. A : Asst. Nos. 188/7, 188/8, 188/12, 188/13, 188/16, 188/18 at Cotta road, Asst. No. 149 at Castle Street and 149 Watta, 160 Watta, 188 Watta. Extent : 1.4774 Hectare North : Lot No. B, Dr. N. M. Perera Mawatha and the land bearing Asst. Nos. 190, 192, 194/A at Cotta Road ; East : Land bearing Asst. Nos. 200/1, Lot Nos. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 in PP Co. 4801 and the land bearing Asst. No. 149, Castle Street ; South : Lot Nos. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 in PP Co. 4801, the land bearing Asst.
