I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Minister-in-charge of the subject of Defence and Urban Development, being of opinion that the land specified in the schedule hereto is urgently required for the purpose of carrying out and Urban Development Project do by this order declare that the said land is required for the such purpose. MAHINDA RAJAPAKSA, President. Colombo., 05th March 2014, SCHEDULE One (01) allotment of land depicted as Lot No. A in Plan No. 748 dated 31.08.2003 prepared by A J B Wijayakoon, Licensed Surveyor and Leveller containing in extent of 0A – 3R – 5.25P situated at Aluthkade in Ward No. 18 Keselwatta within the Municipal Council limits of Colombo in the Divisional Secretary’s Division of Colombo, in the District of Colombo, Western Province. Boundaries of the said allotment of land is as follows : North : Premises bearing Asst. No. 331, Olcott Mawatha (Police Quarters) and premises bearing Asst. Nos. 8 and 10 Trinity Place ; East : Premises bearing Asst.
