THE FOREST ORDINANCE REGULATIONS made by the Minister of Lands and Land Development by virtue of the powers vested in him by section 64 .of the Forest O:dinance (Chapter 451), read with section 59 of that ordinance as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966 and Act No. 56 of 1979.
