Cap. 2591 COCONUT RESEARCH (AMENDMENT) CHAPTER 259 COCONUT RESEARCH (AMENDMENT) Act AN ACT TO AMEND THE COCONUT RESEARCH ORDINANCE. No. 45 of 1984. [Act No. 4.5 of 1984-Commencement--d&h November, 1984 ; Operation-k February, 2985.1 Short title. 1 . This Act may be cited as the Coconut Research (Amendment) Act. Amendment of 2. (1) The Coconut Research Ordinance Chapter 259. [g 4,45 of is hereby amended as follows : 1984.1 (i) by the repeal of section 6 thereof; and (b) by the omission of the Second Schedule thereto. (2) All cesses recovered under section 6 of the Coconut Research Ordinance and paid to the Coconut Research Board established under the Coconut Development Act shall [Cap. 260.1 be deemed to have been validly paid. 3.
