597 SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2024, No. 121 [ 28th August, 2024 ] In exercise of the power conferred under section 10(2) of the Water and Sewerage Act, Cap. 9.03, the Minister responsible for water resource management makes this Order: Citation and commencement 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Water and Sewerage (Water- Related Emergency) (Declaration) (Revocation) Order, 2024. (2) This Order is deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of July, 2024. Revocation 2. The Water and Sewerage (Water-Related Emergency) (Declaration) Order, Statutory Instrument, No. 76 of 2024 is revoked. Made this 23rd day of August, 2024.
