423 SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2025, No.98 [ 30th June, 2025 ] In exercise of the power conferred under section 3(2) of the Waste Management Act, Cap. 6.05, the Minister responsible for finance makes this Order: Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Waste Management (Environmental Levy) Order, 2025. Environmental levy 2. For the purposes of paragraph 23(4) of Schedule 3 of the Waste Management Act, Cap. 6.05, the environmental levy is Four Dollars and Eight Cents. Revocation 3. The Environmental Levy Order, Statutory Instrument, No. 68 of 1996 is revoked. Made this 20th day of June, 2025. PHILIP J. PIERRE, Minister responsible for finance.
