[ 23rd April, 2020 ] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Assembly and the Senate of Saint Lucia, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 54 No. 3 ] Tourism Stimulus and Investment (Amendment) Act [ 2020 Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Tourism Stimulus and Investment (Amendment) Act, 2020. Interpretation
2. In this Act, “principal Act” means the Tourism Stimulus and Investment Act, Cap. 15.03. Amendment of section 3
3. Section 3(3) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “31 March 2020” and by substituting the words “to the 31st day of March, 2021”. Amendment of Schedule 2
4. Paragraph G of Schedule 2 of the prinicpal Act is amended by deleting the words “31 March 2020” and by substituting the words “to the 31st day of March, 2021”.
