255 SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2017, No. 90 [ 11th September, 2017 ] In exercise of the power conferred under section 39(2)(i) of the Fisheries Act, Cap. 7.15, the Minister responsible for fisheries makes these Regulations: Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2017. Amendment of Schedule 10 2. Schedule 10 of the Fisheries Regulations, Cap. 7.15 is amended by deleting the words “Castries (Conway)”. Made this 30th day of August, 2017. EZECHIEL JOSEPH, Minister responsible for fisheries.
