SAINT LUCIA ———— No. 15 of 2010 AN ACT to amend the Disaster Management Act No. 30 of 2006. [ 13th September, 2010 ] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Assembly and the Senate of Saint Lucia, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 238 No. 15 ] Disaster Management (Amendment) Act [ 2010. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Disaster Management (Amendment) Act 2010. Amendment of section 21 2. Section 21 of the Disaster Management Act No. 30 of 2006 is amended by deleting the word “Response” wherever it appears in that section and substituting the word “Management”.
