Sur proposition ministre des Transports, Constructions, decembre 1994. n01694/CTPC, du Communications, Postes et en date du 29 The Prime Minister decrees: Le Premier ministre decrete : Article 1: Regulation No.017/CTPC, of the Minister of Communication, Transport, Post et Construction, dated January OS, 1995, on the construction of roads in Lao PDR is adopted and implemented. Article 1 : Le reglement n0017/CTPC, du ministre des Commur.ications, Transports, Postes et Construction, en date du 05 janvier 1995, portant sur la construction des routes en RD? Lao est adopte et mis en oeuvre. Article 2: The Ministry of Communication, Transport, Post et Construction; the Office for Science, Technology and Environment, as well as all services concerned are entrusted with the enforcement of this decree, within the scope of their respective responsibilities.
