THE REGISTERED LAND LAW (2004 REVISION) THE REGISTERED LAND (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2017 The Registered Land (Amendment) Rules, 2017 2 The Registered Land (Amendment) Rules, 2017 CAYMAN ISLANDS THE REGISTERED LAND LAW (2004 REVISION) THE REGISTERED LAND (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 161 of the Registered Land Law (2004 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Rules - 1. These Rules may be cited as the Registered Land (Amendment) Rules, Citation 2017. 2. The Registered Land Rules (2003 Revision) are amended in the Third Amendment to the Third Schedule of the Schedule by inserting after Form RL 29 the following Forms - Registered Land Rules (2003 Revision) - forms “FORM RL 30 THE REGISTERED LAND LAW (2004 REVISION) DEDICATION REGISTRATION SECTION______BLOCK______PARCEL______ I/WE___________________________________________________ HEREBY DEDICATE ______________________________________ __________________________________________________________ to the general public …………….ft. *pedestrian/vehicular Right of Way, as indicated on the attached copy plan.
