SAINT CHRISTOPHER AND NEVIS No. 32 of 2009 AN ACT to amend the Merchant Shipping Act, No. 24 of2002. BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly ofSaint Christopher and Nevis and by the authority of the same as follows: [Published 3(Jh November 2009, Extra-Ordinary Gazette No. 540(2009.] 1. This Act may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Act, 2009. 2. The Merchant Shipping Act, No. 24 of 2002 is amended by deleting section 461.
