c:\mariusz\texts\kyr16556.doc Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrghyz Republic January 26, 1996, # 212 Resolution of the Collegium On establishment of Agricultural Training and Advisory Service (ATAS) Taking into consideration importance of consultations and training for farmers in market methods in farming system of agricultural production in the conditions of carrying out of the Land and Agrarian Reform process, Collegium of Ministry of Agriculture and Food decrees : 1. Recommend EU TACIS 92 A. F. KYR. 001 to establish on their own expenses and to provide finance for functioning of Agricultural Training and Advisory Service (ATAS) for private farmers on the pattern of the other countries of the world. 2. Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall render assistance to EU TACIS 92 A. F. KYR. 001 in establishment of this service. 3. To develop Regulations (Constitution) on given service and to submit it for approval of the Ministry and TACIS. Chairman of the Collegium B. Talgarbekov Secretary of the Collegium R. Kurmanova
