Governmental Resolution No. 77 “On establishment of leshoz “Manas” on the territory of Kara-Bura and Manas districts of Talas province and Ala-Buka district in Jalalabad province

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGHYZ REPUBLIC RESOLUTION House of Governmenr, Blshkek March, [0, 1995, # 77 On establishment of Ieshoz "Manas" on the territory of Kara-Bura and Manas raion of Talas oblast and Ala - Buka raion in Djalal - Abad oblasts In order to improve ecological situation in Talas and Djalal - Abad oblasts, to regenerate and protect forests, better forestry management the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic decrees: 1. To establish Ieshoz "Manas" (area -35486 ha, including 6/54 ha of forests) on the lands afforest parcels in Kara-Bura and Manas raions (Appendix 1). 2. To establish Ala - Buka leshoz (area - 40920 ha, including 29038 ha of forests) on •the lands of Ala-Buka forestry, Ala - Buka raion, Djalal - Abad oblast (Appendix. 2). 3. To oblige the Head of Ala - Buka raion administration of Djala! - Abad oblast to assign 100 ha of ploughed lands for the sake of farms of Ala - Buka raion for full regeneration of Ala - Buka forestry and development of nurseries for growing of tree seedlings and increase of output of agricultural production. 4. Talas and Djalal - Abad oblast administrations, state administrations of Ala-Buka, Kara - Bura and Manas raions and MAWR of the Kyrghyz Republic to prepare all necessary documents for land explication in order to establish "Manas" and Ala Buka leshozes.
