DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC On Introducing Amdendments and Addenda into the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Measures Aimed at Introducing the Market of Land Use Rights and Formation of Market Lending System in Agriculture” of November 25, 1996 Make the following amendment in the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Measures Aimed at Introducing the Market of Land Use Rights and Formation of Market Lending System in Agriculture” of November 25, 1996: in point 5, replace words “Kyrgyz Agricultural Financial Corporation” with “Agency for Banks Reorganization and Debts Restructuring at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
