LEGAL NOTICE NO. 158 THE WILDLIFE (CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT) ACT (Cap. 376) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 18 (1) of the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act, the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife declares the areas specified in the Schedule to be a national reserve. SCHEDULE LAKE KANYABOLI NATIONAL RESERVE All that area of land measuring approximately 41.42 sq. km. situated within the west of Siaya Town, Siaya District, Nyanza Province, the boundaries of which are more particularly delineated and edged purple on Boundary plan No. 216/68, which is signed, sealed and deposited at the Survey Records Office, Survey of Kenya, Nairobi, and a copy of which may be inspected at the Office of the Director, Kenya Wildlife Service, Nairobi.
