16th July, 2010 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 111 THE WILDLIFE (CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT) ACT (Cap. 376) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3E of the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act, the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife makes the following Order:— THE WILDLIFE (CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2010 1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) (Amendment) Order, 2010. 2. Paragraph (a) of the Fourth Schedule to the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act is amended by inserting the following new words immediately below the word “Director”. Amendment of the Fourth Schedule. “Senior Deputy Director” Dated the 23rd June, 2010. N. M. WEKESA, Minister for Forestry and Wildlife.
