LEGAL NOTICE NO. 26 THE CROPS ACT (Cap. 318) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Crops Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development makes the following Regulations— THE CROPS (NUTS AND OIL CROPS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2024 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Crops (Nuts and Oil Crops) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. Citation. 2.
