This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order (W ater and Sani tation Faci li ties) Order , 2022. 2. The areas, places or premises described in the Schedule ar e d ec l ar ed to b e protected areas for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the specified areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and C o-ordi nat ion of N at i onal G ov ern m ent . 3. For the purposes of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be the Managing Directors in charge of the various facilities.
