These Regulations may be cited as the Crops (Nuts and Oil Crops) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. Citation. 2. The Third Schedule to the Crops (Nuts and Oil Crops) Regulations, is amended by adding the following new item immediately after the item “Import Levy-Raw materials”— Sub-Leg. Kenya Subsidiary Legislation, 2025 168 Levies (per consignment) Fees Cap. 517A. Cap. 517. Import levy—Nuts and oil crops produce and products originating from the customs’ territory as defined under section 2 of the Special Economic Zones Act and section 2 of the Export Processing Zones Act. 0% Made on the 20th November, 2024. LEGAL NOTICE NO. 27 THE EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES ACT (Cap. 517) DECLARATION OF EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15(1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry, on the recommendation of the Export Processing Zones Authority and in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary to the National Treasury and Economic Planning, declares the land specified in the Schedule hereto to be an export processing zone for purposes of the Act.
