LEGAL NOTICE NO. 70 THE SURVEY ACT (Cap. 299) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Survey Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development makes the following Regulations — THE SURVEY (ELECTRONIC CADASTRE TRANSACTIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2024 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Survey (Electronic Cadastre Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. Citation. 2. Regulation 12 of the Survey (Electronic Cadastre Transactions) Regulations, 2020, is amended in paragraph (3) by deleting the words “and Sixth Schedules” appearing immediately after the word “Fifth” and substituting therefor the word “Schedule”.
