9th June, 2016 LEGAL NOTICE No. 103 THE CROPS ACT (No. 16 of 2013) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Crops Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries and Livestock makes the following Order: THE SUGAR (IMPOSITION OF LEVY) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 2016 Citation. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sugar (Imposition of Levy) (Revocation) Order, 2016. LN 385/2002 2. The Sugar (Imposition of Levy) Order, 2002, is revoked.
