[Rev. 2012] L9 - 59 [Issue 1] PART II REGISTRATION OF TITLES (FEES) RULES, 2010 [Cap. 281, Sub. Leg., L.N. 52/2008, L.N. 6/2010.] 1. These Rules may be cited as the Registration of Titles (Fees) Rules, 2010. 2. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by deleting the fees prescribed therein and substituting therefore the following new fees— [Rev. 2012] [Issue 1] L9 - 60 3. The fees prescribed in these Rules include the provision of photostatic copy prescribed by the Act. 4. Government miscellaneous receipts shall be issued upon payment of the fees prescribed in these Rules. 5. The Registration of Titles (Fees) Rules, 2008, are revoked.
