LEGAL NOTICE No. 130 THE GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2007 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Geothermal Resources (Amendment) Regulations, 2007. L.N. 206/1990 2. Regulation 17 of the Geothermal Resources Regulations, in these Regulations referred to as the “principal Regulations” are amended – (a) in paragraph (1), by deleting subparagraph (a) and substituting therefor following new subparagraph – “(a) once a year, are report in respect of the preceding year, specifying -” (b) in paragraph (2), by deleting the words “quarter” wherever it occurs and substituting therefor the words “year”.
