Kenya Subsidiary Legislation, 2025 165 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 23 THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO ORDINATION ACT (Cap. 387) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, makes the following Regulations — THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO ORDINATION (WATER QUALITY) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2025 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Water Quality) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. Citation. 2. Regulation 14 of the Environmental Management and Co ordination (Water Quality) Regulations, 2024, is amended in subregulation (1), by deleting the words “or as the Authority may prescribe” appearing in paragraph (b). Regulation 21 of the Environmental Management and Co ordination (Waste Management) Regulations, 2024, is amended in subregulation (2), by deleting paragraph (f). L.N. 178/2024.
