  3. 1 — These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Citation

    1.   These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Citation. Management and Co-ordination (Sand Harvesting) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2025.

  4. 2 — Regulation 6 of the Environmental Management and Co- L.N. 179/2024

    2.   Regulation 6 of the Environmental Management and Co- L.N. 179/2024. ordination (Sand Harvesting) Regulations, 2024, is amended in subregulation (2), by deleting the words “civil society organisation” appearing in paragraph (h) and substituting therefor the words “public benefit organization”.
