LEGAL NOTICE No. 75 THE MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT (Cap. 389) DELEGATION OF POWERS IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 313 of the Merchant Shipping Act, the Minister for Transport delegates to the Director-General, Kenya Maritime Authority, the exercise of all the powers (except the power to make rules and regulations, and the powers conferred by sections 266, 271, 291 and 313 of the Act) conferred upon or vested in the Minister by the Act.
