LEGAL NOTICE No. 127 THE ANIMAL DISEASES ACT (Cap. 364) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Animal Diseases Act, the Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Development makes the following Regulations – THE ANIMAL DISEASES (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2007 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Diseases (Amendment) Rules, 2007. 2. The Animal Diseases Rules are amended by repealing rule 3(1). Dated the 14th June, 2007 J.K.
