AGRICULTURE (GUARANTEED MINIMUM RETURN ADVANCES) RULES, 1977 [L.N. 12/1977.] 1. These Rules may be cited as the Agriculture (Guaranteed Minimum Return Advances) Rules, 1977. 2. The amount per acre of any advance made under section 116 of the Act against the guaranteed minimum return in respect of any of the essential crops specified in the first column of the Schedule shall not exceed the amount specified in the second column of the Schedule: SCHEDULE [Rule 2.]
