LEGAL NOTUCE NO. 75 THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EXPORT) ACT (Cap. 319) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Agricultural Produce (Export) Act, the Minister for Agriculture makes the following Rules THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EXPORT) (POTATO) (REVOCATION) RULES, 2006 Citation. 1. These Rules may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Export) (Potato) (Revocation) Rules, 2006. Sub-Leg. 2. The Agricultural Produce (Export) (Potato) Rules are revoked. Made on the 15th June, 2006.
